I recommend you try the BF2 demo and then buy the full game. Maybe you should try Guild Wars (I don't have it but I heard great things from it) or World of Warcraft.

I love Guild wars and since you seem to be a person who goes from game to game Guildwars would be a good fit because it isn't a huge commitment like WoW. However at the same time if you want it to be it very well can be. I play Guild Wars right now and love it.

Try a Real Time Strategy 'RTS' game. Rise of Nations, Starcraft, Age of Empires, Earth 2150 ... etc. They are thinking games :)

Thanks, I'll try Chronicles of Riddick, I forgot to add Rome:Total war, I don't like it, but starcraft is old, I liked Warcraft3/TFT (finished both)

Oh, what's lineage, and what's UO?

Actually, I've found that games like Starcraft and Warcraft are more like complicated, twitch action games. The gameplay is so streamlined that it doesn't really require much strategy and planning. I'm not saying that SC and WC aren't fun games. I've just never considered them "strategy" games. Other RTS games that offer deeper tech ladders and an actual economics/trade systems (not just wood and gold :p ) require more strategy to play.
