Bored with Call of Duty 2?

So I reinstalled CoD2 since I had nothing better to do. This time though playing through on hard, which I have to say is such a better experience then on normal. On normal I could stand out in the open from 30secs to a min before getting hit enough to die. On hard though, I better stay under cover and make my shots count or I'll be dead in a heartbeat. It's so much more fun and makes the campaign a lot longer. If you want the best experience, make it harder... you'll thank me.

Hey, I did the same thing just recently! I'm playing through on the hardest mode and it is _really_ hard. I love being stuck on the same level for days and having to really think about tactics.

One thing that gets me though - you can still be shot heaps of times before you die. If you're quick enough you can almost always duck back behind cover before you take the 5 or 6 body shots it takes to kill you, then all you have to do is wait 10 seconds, and you're back to full 'health'. Personally I would prefer to be more easily hurt but face less overwhelming numbers.
