Have a look for Bill Bailey's "Bewilderness" - he's a long-haired musical genius who does standup and he's hilarious. 😀:thumbsup:

There's a tnerrot floating around somewhere, but it's a bit slow. It's definitely worth the wait, however.

I might try and cut some clips out if you guys want them- shout if you do!

Not yet - am a big fan of Black Books and Never Mind The Buzzcocks and have seen one of his shows on TV before 😀

Not yet - am a big fan of Black Books and Never Mind The Buzzcocks and have seen one of his shows on TV before 😀

He's great in Black Books - image the character in BB doing standup, and that's Bewilderness. It's hilarious, and the things he can do with keyboards, drum machines and a sampler are just incredible. At one point, he samples "Jean Michelle Jarre is a fraud" in a monotone, and then plays a JMJ track using just that sample :laugh:

He does a lot of other amusing audio stuff in this DVD- Billy Bragg (sp) songs, Phil Collins tributes ("nasty, whining little git..."), samples an audience member's voice and uses it to make a song..... the list goes on and on 🙂

If you like it, you might also want to have a look for Part Troll - his later standup show. It's not as funny as the first, but it's still good. :beer:
