That's actually fairly tasteful, so therefore, doesn't qualify as rice. Yours looks "sportified"; slightly lowered, reasonable tire/rim package, sane wing-size, etc.
True Rice must be completely wacked-out. Like a 2 foot high wing on a car lowered so much that it would hit a penny that was lying in the road, with so many stickers that you cannot even see the window anymore. Oh, the requisite coffee-can muffler that adds 19.5 horsepower (heh, it says it in the NOPI catalog!!!) etc.
