Borders in Photoshop 7

How doyou create a simple border around an image in photoshop 7?

Edit->Stroke (I don't remember if it was under the edit menu).

Around the entire canvas? You could make a layer that's just a white sheet, put it on the bottom, and use stroke to give it a border (you can put stroke on the inside).

 

or make the canvas size bigger...your bgcolor will be your border

CTRL + A to select all and the Edit -> Stroke will put a border around your picture. You can set thickness and color too.
