It should:

"Discount on DVDs and Net items is 20%. Discount on electronics and video games is 10%. At the Tysons' Corner Borders tonight, I saw Master Replicas ForceFX lightsabers behind the counter as "HOLDS"

The coupon mentions 10% off electronics, but if you could get them to take 25% off, you could have a decent deal there.
