Summary: these PATRIOTIC AMERICANS planned a home invasion of a MExican family thinking they'll find drugs/money... entire family is shot (can't spare the 9 year old girl, she'll be a witness!), no drugs/money found, and surviving wife finds a gun and wounds one of the would be robbers when they come back to finish the job.

1st: the DHS report is vindicated yet again. 2nd, I hope the government is actively monitoring this group because we all know how mob vigilantism can go run amok

Here's a pic of this psycho at work:

TUCSON, AZ - Three people have been arrested in connection with last months deadly double homicide in Arivaca that left a nine-year-old and her father dead. One of the people arrested for the homicide is the National Executive Director of the Minuteman American Defense group (M.A.D.), a group known for patrolling the border, and is dedicated to "Defending America's Borders" according to their website - http://minutemenamericandefense.org/

Jason Eugene Bush, 38, Shawna Forde, 42 and Albert Robert Gaxiola, 43, were all taken into custody and charged in connection with the murders of 29-year-old Raul Flores and 8-year-old Brisenia Flores. Both were killed during an alleged home invasion.

According to authorities, Bush, Forde, and Gaxiola broke into the home of the Flores family just after midnight on May 30th. At the time, the mother, father and daughter were home. The invaders reportedly shot the three members of the Flores family, killing the father, Raul, and the daughter, Brisenia. The invaders then left the scene.

The mother survived the shooting, called police, and found a gun. Sheriff Dupnik says the three returned moments later to make sure everyone was dead. At that point, the mother shot and injured Bush, and the three fled the scene.

The trio has been charged with two counts of First Degree Murder, one count of First Degree Burglary, and one count of Aggravated Assault.

Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik says, "Jason Bush was in fact the shooter of all three of these people under orders from Ms. Forde."

Dupnik says, "The husband who was murdered has a history in being involved in narcotics and there was an anticipation that there would be a considerable amount of cash at this location, as well as the possiblity of drugs."

Sheriff Dupnik adds, "To just kill a 9-year old girl because she could be a potential witness, to me, is one of the most despicable acts I have ever heard of."

Forde is known for being the head of the minutemen group M.A.D., where she is listed as the National Executive Director.

The photo above is of Shawna Forde during an operation along the border, courtesy the website of Andrew Ong.

"If you look at her history closely, and you know what we know, she is at best a pyschopath," says Sheriff Dupnik referring to Forde during a press conference Friday.

Forde's organization is not directly connected to the more commonly known minutemen organization, Minutemen Civil Defense Corps or the Minutemen project run by Chris Simcox and James Gilchrist.

Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik says, "We are not charging any of the minutemen groups with anything. But one of these individuals was involved with one of those groups."

Detectives say Bush was in the Kingman area when he was arrested on June 11th. He's at a Kingman hospital for an injury he received during the homicide on May 30, 2009.

Upon release from the hospital, he faces extradition for the murders. Bush is being held on a probation violation warrant out of Washington State for Auto Theft.

Forde was taken into custody without incident South of Sierra Vista. Gaxiola was taken into custody in Tucson.

Upon leaving the press conference, Forde stated to reporters, "I have nothing to do with the murder."

Sheriff Dupnik believes there may be additional arrests in this case.

Here's a statement from this psycho:

Message From Shawna Forde, Executive Director, MAD

I would like to let everyone know that we are in full operation we have people coming from Florida and other parts of the country to assist in gathering exclusive footage of drug cartel drug smuggling and humane trafficking. Our point is to let the world know that we as American citizens have a choice and a responsibility to those who have stained the ground red for our freedoms.

Even if the government refuses to consider the border a issue we as minutemen will not stand by while American jobs are lost and America becomes the future of corruption and a playground for those who trespass.

We will expose and report what we know and find, we will recruit the serious and train the revolutionist, time for words have passed the time for bravery and conviction are now. I shall lead you to challenge yourself and your American heart into the future of what was once a great country and will be again but at what price?

The patriot is a brave yet scarce man hated and scorned by most. but when the cause succeeds the timid shall join for then there is no price to being a patriot.

As your rights are slowly stripped away and you walk out your door look right and left and know you are the only true American standing on your block until your light is extinguished and all true Americans are extinguished into silence and slavery of a near future.

We at Minutemen American Defense give you a home, a conviction and determination to believe in freedom and to fight for it.

Shawna Forde

*sheds tear*... so.... so patriotic! *salutes Shawna Forde*

Title clarified as partial name seems to indicate the more mainstream Minuteman organization is responsible for this.

Original Title:
"Head of Minuteman bravely defends US from 9 year old Mexican Girl "

Text
Forde is the leader of Minutemen American Defense, a small border watch group
Which is not the same as the mainstream Minuteman.

-Schadenfroh (AT Mod)

-edit: I think 'person' is too vague, at the very least, it should be pointed out that they're a border vigilante and tea party activist - Phokus

LMAO

Shawna the patriot says:

After they cross the border they are taking over area's of our cities, neighborhoods, schools with their way of life witch is:

1 Corruption
2 Lie's
3 Drug dealing
4 welfare fraud
5 stealing
6 Filthiness
7 Gang code of ethics
8 violence
9 no respect for existing Americans
10 Hate

I could continue this list I have seen first hand and have been getting to know people in the Hispanic community so that when they say we should respect the plight of these pour people do not be fooled for one moment they think we are weak and stupid plus we don't speak their language so they operate their own life styles under the radar.

Keep fighting the good fight shawna, you know you can't trust those HISPANICS... they think all Americans are foolish and will fall for their dirty tricks!

I hope Obama is ratcheting up surveillance of these psycho clowns.

I kinda wish groups that left a manifesto would at least spell check it and maybe run it by someone who completed 6th grade. Obviously if you are joining a militia group you are pretty stupid anyway, but at least make them readable. Maybe Kazinsky should farm out his work for other lunatics, its not like he's busy.

This kind of reminds me of the Klan terrorizing Blacks in the South.

Only this time instead of riding around in sheets on horseback, they're playing SWAT in a little war on drugs.

prime example of why the war on drugs is a shame to just control the populace.

Come on, a militia in this day of age. I could understand if there was a threat of violence against the nation as a whole but nothing of that sort exist.

This militia is nothing more than a gang itself. They probably kill more people that the people they kill.

I love freerepublic:

I'm always suspicious when someone who is supposedly conservative goes berserk. I have no evidence, but it would be interesting for someone to look into this woman's life and the people with whom she deals. Is there any chance that she was recognized as unstable and pushed to a violent act by some who would benefit from the Minutemen getting some very bad publicity?

I simply don't believe any news I read or hear nowadays. So much of it seems to be staged in order to sway public opinion or legitimize the curtailing of our rights.

Denial of rightwing lunacy? Check
"LIE"beral media? Check
Tinfoil hat conspiracy? Check

The liberals targetted a crazy person and encouraged her to join a minuteman group in order to take them down!!!!

I don't think this level of stupidity is limited to the republicans only. I would definitely say humans are stupid when it boils down to the point.

Although republicans sure shine on this topic.

In your orgasmic glee over this news item you have confused Minutemen organizations. If this gal is guilty of anything, she is still not part of the Minutemen Project led by Jim Gilchrist (the guy Columbia students attacked - and not Ahmadinejad when he also spoke there) so your title is misleading. Nor was she part of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps led by Chris Simcox. In fact she was banished from these groups and started her own:

"She's someone who even within the anti-immigration movement has been labeled as unstable," Levin said. "She was basically forced out of another anti-immigrant group, the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, and then founded her own organization."

http://www.google.com/hostedne...cTDAYeggW6KzAD98Q2RF00

Keep in mind DOJ has told FBI to lay off Muslim convert terrorists - also killing people - so they would welcome an violence toward immigrants because it helps them with their obvious agenda.

Meanwhile - near me - a drunk Mexican illegal with no license plowed into a young Mom and her 8 yr old daughter. He missed a turn and splatted the two against a wall as the mom picked her daughter up from dance class.

So? She was the craziest of the crazies, but why is it all of these recent incidents perpetrated by rightwing psychopaths? That's the real question.

Also, on the minuteman project:

August 2007 fake murder video

In August 2007 the Southern Poverty Law Center reported the surfacing of two videos which appeared to depict the murder of an illegal immigrant along the Mexico/California border by two Minuteman vigilantes.[7] These videos appeared briefly on Youtube but were removed. In this video, a figure is videotaped in night vision being shot while two narrators exchange obscene comments expressing satisfaction about doing so.

A few days later, Minuteman representatives confirmed to a San Diego TV station that the videos were made by members and that they were fake.[8] Robert "Little Dog" Crooks, who admitted making the video, said "we're old men and we're bored" and said he made the video to express a political opinion about an immigration bill being debated.

Seems like they have a lot of fantasies about murdering illegal immigrants, so the 'main group' doesn't seem very stable itself

He's aware of that, because I pointed it out to him in his thread in OT. He doesn't care that his topic title is misleading, because as far as he's concerned they're all the same.

These patriots should be in iraq defending us from the terrorists.

The illegal alien issue is perplexing politically. It seems that repugs don't want to put a stop to as evidenced by the total lack of movement in bush's terms. Could it be that repug business owners (donors) like the cheap labor?

Slightly ot but this thread reminds of when I was in walmart grocery shopping recently and in the aisle with dried rice and beans is the 'mexican' section - something I'm hugely partial to. Above the shelves in the sections with salsa, refried beans, etc. where two signs. One said 'latino food' and the other said 'hispanic food'. I didn't know there was a difference. Are the mexicans invading our border hispanic or latino?

you see, it's different because this was a slightly more radical group of racists instead of the more mainstream group of racists. Furthermore,

also not to burst your bubble, but if you ignore the immigration itself undocumented workers have a lower crime rate than other groups of people in similar levels of poverty.

don't let that get in the way of your racism though

Not all of the several recent events of violence are "right wing". The Holocaust Museum shooter hated Bush, Cheney, the church, neo-cons, Israel etc - he was just a kook (who was violent years before Obama etc).

Obama as a president being scandalously lawless doesn't help. As he goes to extremes and trashes the Constitution and favors criminals its expected some fringe people will feel justified going off. Obama will welcome such violence - indeed he probably hope for it.

Keep in mind Islamic violence is extreme right wing at the core - but it will be ignored. We also have the military recruiter bombers being ignored as well as the enviro terrorists etc.

comparing ELF to people like this is a pretty terrible position. Also anti-semetism was accepted in conservative thought until the late 70s so the dude hating Israel isn't exactly evidence of him not being right-wing. I'd say his anti-federal government nationalism would more be evidence but what do I know?
