Noticing that Microsoft haspulled the BootVis utility from their website for some reason, i thought people might still want that app.

I've already seen that tool getting abused here at work. (L)users with laptops running XP Pro (the only place we have XP) found that and started griping that their bootup is taking too long and want it faster. WTF? I told 'em I'm gonna install Win 3.11 if they don't stop griping.
