bootup screen

hello guys i would like to know when you bootup your pc does the screen have any imperfections like flashy lines or does it jump somes times, is this normal. thanks

Hi,

I have been using computers for a while and I pretty much all of them have this type of flashy lines whe you start them. I don't know why, though.
