Bootup problem after switching CPU

No visuals, no beeps...but I have power. The fans and HDD are spinning, the LEDs are lighted up, but I am not getting POST nor beeps. What could be wrong?

I was previously using an 1.4GHz Athlon that was working, but after I switched back to my 1.33GHz Tbird...i got this problem. PLEASE HELP!
 
possible symptoms of a damaged cpu is a huge list 🙂

im guessing that clearing the cmos will get you back up and running
 
Clearing CMOS didn't help anything. I'm still getting same results...No beeps, no POST, only POWER
