bootup not shown with pci card

ok so i have msi-neo-v motherboard, i finally gave up trying to fix that stupid artifacting problem (it doesn't do it at the computer store) so he wouldn't change it, i am guessing he was running using default windows drivers, which is fine, its just that it gives the computer a super slow feel, like when you scrool down, it takes time to refresh.
if you go up resolution to 1024 it gets the artifacts.

so i am using a pci card, i just plugged it in,
it works perfectly, the only problem is bootup isn't shown.

SO i am wondering, if i disable integrated video from bios, will that automatically start showing stuff like bios and bootup in the pci card?
right now the pci card only starts working once windows has started.
THanks
