BOOTP Boot ROM!

It's a long time I'm looking for D-Link DE-528 & DFE-538TX BOOTP compatible
boot ROMs. I have a server running Win2K A/S and 20-30 diskless workstations and
I want my server to send them a boot image, but Win2K a/s only supports BOOTP
and my current boot ROMs only support NetWare RPL! any idea?
Anyway, does anyone know how can I make a boot image in Win2K?
can I make a boot image from a directory which its capacity is more than a
boot disk?
