Bootloader unlock AT&T Go phones?

Is this possible? AT&T sells a few HTC phones as Go phones (as well as some Moto G/E phones). Are these phones able to have their bootloaders unlocked? I know the regular AT&T branded HTC phones can be bootloader unlocked, but how about the Go phones?
