Booting Up system help

when i turn on my computer, it goes to the windows XP load screen and it reboots itself. its like looping over and over. any suggestions guys?

Did you just upgrade the motherboard?

The easy way to fix it is to do a repair install on windows. That should fix any problems that are causing that.

There are less drastic ways to fix whatever is causing it, but the repair install will fix any of the problems.
