Hi, I just cleaned out my pc after years, and re-applied thermal grease, whatever. I seated the p4 the wrong way and it booted, but didn't post. I then reseated it correctly, and it turns on for a split second, then shuts down. Did I fry the cpu, or is there anything I can do.

Things I already did

-popped bios battery/put it back in.
-took ram out
-unplugged everything.

I seated it the wrong way, however, I plugged in a new power supply and it stays on, but it still wont post and the harddrives dont boot up.
