Booting issue using SSD

I'm having a boot issue using a ASUS Sabertooth X58 motherboard.

Let me give a bit of history here, please note all of my hardware is brand new.

Here are the current specs:
Processor: Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz (4x256KB) L2 Cache, 8MB, L3 Cache LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth X58 LGA 1366 X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Memory: OCZ Platinum 24GB (6x4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
Water Cooler - Corsair Hydro H70 CWCH70 (120mm) CPU Cooler
Case: NZXT Phantom PHAN-001BK Black Steel
Power Supply: Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W Continuous - ATX12V
Videocard: SAPPHIRE 100227L Radeon HD 3850 (1GB - 256-bit GDDR3 PCI-E)
Primary Hard Drive: Qty: 1 - SSD - OCZ Vertex 4 VTX4-25SAT3-256G 2.5" 256GB SATA III
Storage Devices: Qty: 6 (Western Digital - 1TB Caviar Blue - WD10EALS)

On the motherboard there are six black ports for SATA 2 (3GB).
There are two additional white ports for SATA 3 (6GB).
In order to get the SATA 3 ports to work I have to install and enable the Marvell Controller. This has been completed and I show them during post as being connected. (Currently my SSD and CDRom are hooked to the two SATA3 slots)

I have the SSD drive as my primary drive. I use the other 6 1TB drives as storage only (Non-RAID).

I took all of the TB storage drives out and only left the SSD drive for the OS and the CDrom installed.

In the BIOS I went into Storage Configuration and set the SATA to "AHCI".
I have the Marvell 91xx Controler installed enabled and set to "AHCI" as well.

I installed Windows 7 64bit, and it was successful. I ran all the Windows updates and patches. I updated the BIOS and installed all updates from the ASUS website.

Next once everything looked great. I attempted to plug in two of my SATA hard drives to the SATA 2 ports and they showed up perfectly and I did a format on both of them. As soon as I rebooted the computer.

I get this error:
""Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device""

At this point I believe I found the issue but do not know how to correct it.

When the TB drives are plugged in, in the bios under "Hard Disk Drives" it shows:
1st Drive: [HDD: P0-WDC WD10EAL] - ((This is my western digital 1tb drive))
2nd Drive: [HDD: P1-WDC WD10EAL] - ((This is my western digital 1tb drive))
3rd Drive: [IDE: S1 OXZ-VERTEX4] - ((This is my OCZ Solid State))

Good news it shows all 3 drives, Bad news is:

When I go into Boot Device Priority under the Boot menu in the BIOS,
I only have 5 options:

Remove Dev.
HDD: P0-WDC WD10EA (This is one of the two 1TB Western Digital Drives)
ATAPI CD-ROM (Not sure why this even shows up)
IDE: S1 TSSTcorp CDDVDDW SH-S223C (This is my one and only CDrom)
Disabled

This is confusing because its not showing my SSD drive (boot drive), its not showing one of my TB drives and I do not have two CD roms installed so I'm not sure where its getting ATAPI CDROM from. (Thus why I get the Boot Error because my boot device isn't showing up)

Now if I unplug both of the TB drives and come back into the BIOS to Boot Priority I see:
Remove Dev.
IDE: S0 OCZ-VERTEX4 (YAY here is my SSD but for some reason it says IDE?"
ATAPI CD-ROM
IDE: S1 TSSTcorp CDDVDDW SH-S223C
Disabled

The OCZ Solid State drive now shows up and will boot into windows.

In overall the SSD is being recognized by the Marvel Adapter, and when no other drives are plugged in it works like a charm, but as soon as I plug in other hard drives, I don't have the options in the Boot Priority to see my OCZ device. I hit + and - but it does nothing.

Also it may be coincidence but the two devices plugged into SATA3 (CDRom, SSD OS drive) both says IDE in front of them. I would think my SSD would say HDD in front of it.

Please help!!!
Thank you

Disregard I figured it out, when all the drives are plugged in I can change the order of the hard drives in the BIOS under Hard Disk Drives, then have the boot order set to Hard Drive.
