Only if your BIOS allows booting from a Firewire device. Some Macs can do it. I've read that Linux can do it. There are lots of articles if youjust Google Firewire Boot.

I've been looking all over google trying to find out how to do it. I've poked all over my bios but I just can't seem to find an option for it... I guess I just can't do it on my mobo :(
