Booting Directly to Steam BPM on Startup in Windows 10

I have Steam on my PC set to boot directly to Steam BPM on startup in Windows 10 but I still see the Windows Desktop Interface for about 10 seconds on startup before Steam starts up. Is there a way just to boot directly into Steam without seeing the Windows Desktop Interface. In other words I want it to appear like I'm just running Steam and not Windows on startup and I want Steam to startup sooner if there is no way to avoid seeing the Windows Desktop Interface.

When I downloaded Pure Pinball it installed to drive D, which is my 'Games' drive, in Steam BPM while Windows 10 is installed on drive C. However, I did setup another Steam Library on drive D in the standard interface prior to installing that game. I do notice that BPM does not allow you to set different drives for Steam Libraries and can only be done in the standard interface.

about the only installing on the OS drive thing, couldn't you just set up a syslink or whatever it's called? I mean I know it works as I've done it, just haven't tried it for Steam. But I don't see why it wouldn't work.
