those sites can pretty much explain better than i could.

here's a site that tells you how to Slipstream SP2 and all the post SP2 patches.

http://smithii.com/?q=node/12

he even has a batch file that downloads for you and a file that slipstreams for you.

thanks for the links, but why the sarcastic remark? ive done the bootable thing 100 times and followed all of these guides but i cant get it to work.

let me be more clear...i have the windows SP 2 iso made already, but i cant get it to burn and be bootable. it says "booting from CD rom:" and then skips it. ive had this problem several times and i dont ever remember how to fix it.

i have found guides that say you need to name the cd something and change the emulation to no floppy and something about sectors being 0000, but it isnt working. i know the ISO is good because i can load it in daemon tools and it pops up like i put the CD in. the SP2 slipstream is also good because ive made a cd with this before, but i dont remember how.

I'm not sure of your skill level but nlite is by far the Simplest and easiest to use I even took out all the crap I don't want to be installed like games and messenger. My installation is only 278mb

Nlite may be ok ... I myself never tried it, but have used Autostreamer
and found it to be very simple as it told you step by step what it wanted.

I've used the eldergeek site and I was able to create a slipstreamed SP2 bootable CD. Make sure you follow instructions step by step exactly.

Nlite: A Simple program that does everything you need and more, much better tehn missing a step in one of the guides.

Slipstream SP2
Slipstream any/all hotfixes
Add drivers
Add Programs > Torrent, Firefox, Thunderbord etc....
Remove Bloatware
