bootable windows xp cd-rom

can I do this with a cd-rom? I don't have access to a windows cd or floppy drive. I really need help as my computer says "NTLDR is missing"

It depends on what you want to do. Do you want to reinstall Windows? Access the recovery console?

Do a repair install OR access the recovery console. It appeared after I installed Winamp and Foobar2000 and restarted.
