Bootable Floppy in ME

not sure exacly as i haven't touched me lately. but since its based on 9x, i would assume you could just do a format a: /s

hen you go to a DOS prompt and type format A:\ /s it tells you to use add/remove programs to create a start-up disk. This disk CDROM support and all kinds of utilities, not just a plain bootable floppy.

You know how to make a regular startup disc from control panel ?

1) do that
2) del all files (exept the hidden and system ones)

is that what you ment ? 😉

ME boot disk sucks...and you cannot sys the a drive...you lose that feature from it. The best way to get a nice bootdisk is get yourself on a 98 system.
