BOOTABLE CD PROBLEM

at my work, we plan on reimaging about 30 or so systems with powerquest's easy restore program. it is DOS based and i figured that making a bootable CD would be better than floppy disks (plus a lot of the floopy drives are broken.) i tried using nero to make a bootable CD and it does boot, but i cannot contain the image file on that CD and i can only get it to work in hard drive emulation mode. furthermore, the image never does download. is there a way for me to get a bootable CD with the 600MB data file on one CD? i have tried everything that i know of but i simply cannot get it to work. an answer as soon as possibly would be greatly appreciated since we plan on starting the upgrade in mere days. thanks alot!!!
