Bootable cd able to access NTFS? How to do it?

Can someone instruct me on how to make a bootable NTFS startup cd? Basically, the windows 2000 bootdisks are 4 floppy disks. I know there is a way to put all 4 disk onto a cd and make that cd bootable. Can anyone help?

Also check out this site. This guy has some of the coolest utilities I have seen... best bootdisks around, hands down.

Anyways, if you are just looking for startup disks for XP/2k, you can just stick the 2k/XP cd in the drive and choose your CDROM as the first boot device in the BIOS.
