I just built a new system, and I can access the BIOS without issues (although at one point it froze for some reason), but the BOOT_DEVICE_LED is staying on all the time what does this mean?
I had 4 devices connected at first:
SSD#1 - new/unformatted
SSD#2 - win 7 + another partition
Drive#3 - Regular SATA drive
DVD drive
I disconnected the 2nd SSD and 3rd drive, and the light stayed on. Then I also disconnected the first SSD, and the light went off (only the DVD drive was connected).
I tried moving the SSD from the 2nd to the first SATA port, but it made no difference.
Any idea what might be happening?
