When i boot sometimes the system crashes after loading windows and sometimes even crashes while in bios/power on self test. turning off the power supply for 5secs then back on fixes the prob but i'm not sure if it is the mobo or psu. i had it oc'ed to 2.5 stable but still had the same boot up probsso went back to 2.4. i noticed some of the capacitors were loose/hanging off maybe thats the prob or does it sound like psu/bad ram?
