Ok, im really pissed off and i hate socket a's now more than ever. i got kt7 and 1 ghz, a ghetto cdrom and floppy, with a maxtor 15gb. all parts are guarranteed working. except now im thinking its the motherboard.

all work, detected in bios. for some gay thing, nothing boots. floopy doesnt, cdrom doesnt. even pluggin in my hard drive with win2k on it doesnt work. its gay i tell you! any suggestions?

Bios settings boot up order:

Did you go into the setup for the drives and set them to "Auto"?
The KT7 defaults to set everything to "None", and even if it shows that it
knows what is plugged in in the CMOS, will still not actually load the
devices at boot.
