Boot up problem with AOpen AK77-333 ..need HELP!!

AOpen AK77-333 (KT333)
512 MB DDR PC2700 (333)
XP 2000+
GeForce 3 64 MB AGP
Seagate 80 GB HD
SCSI CDRW & IDE DVD


alright, when I turn on the comp(at 133FSB) with everything plugged in, the fans come on, but you see nothing (i have also tried booting up wtih just cpu/vid/mem..but no luck)
when i use 100 mhz FSB, it freezes after 30 secs - 3 mins

i have tried switching the memory to a different slot, flashed the latest bios,
i have no clue what the problem is
temps are ~45 idle..havent gotten a chance to load anything yet

any help would be appreciated
