boot up problem (very weird).....

i have a problem when i push the power button, the computer will start up but wont boot up.. (no beeps), then i have to reset the switch on the back of the comp and then push the power button again for it to actually boot..

i know itz not the power supply because i tried a new one and it still has that problem.. i also tried taking out all the cards except the video, ram, and hard drive and i still have the same problem... any help would be greatly apprecitaed....

motherboard abit kt7 raid..
