Boot up Memory test is skipping/pausing after processor upgrade

Its on a MSI BX Master. Upgraded firmware (did not skip/pause memory test before proc upgrade) first and worked fine with the 600E processor. Now we plug in the P3 1ghz and it skips and pauses..

I couldnt figure out why. The machine is not mine but another AT OT members.. I was at his house last night. His memory is 128 MB PC133 CAAS 2 Corsair Micro chip.

Any idea what's going on.

Also his machine is now overheating.. why is that???? its running 1.70V which seems fine (the 600 was at 1.65V).

Go into Bios and "Load Bios Defaults"

See if that helps

i am not at his place.. but I will ask him to load bios defaults.. for some reason I dont think that is problem though.
