Boot two SSDs

Hi all,

I just picked up a Crucial M4 128GB SSD to go with my Intel 510 SSD, and I'm planning to install some distro of linux on the M4, and maybe Win8 to play with. My question is, what will be the best way to boot these two SSDs, given the 510 has Win7 only, and the M4 might have more than 1 SSD. Can I do this all from GRUB? Am I better just toggling my primary boot device on my motherboard?

Thanks!
