Boot Stall...takes over 30 seconds

Ok, so I tried OCing my winnie to 290 FSB, didn't boot. So I toned it down to 273 FSB, but now the boot time is weird.

After the standard bios flashy thing, it goes into the windows loading screen, takes about 15 seconds there. Then it stalls on a black screen for 20 seconds, I hear my DVD drive spinning rapidly, and then it boots up like normal. Any idea why the stall is happening? There was no black screen before.

If you stop all overclocking and go back to normal values, what happens?

Its the same stall, for some reason...
