My Panasonic Toughbook 17 has been acting a little strangely recently, and Norton Disk Doctor has diagnosed damage to the boot sector. Unfortunately, Norton says that it's unable to repair the damage, and won't examine the rest of the disk after that point (i.e. anything but the boot sector). I was hoping that I might be able to repair the damage if I booted from the rescue disk set, but there's no built-in floppy disk (or CD-ROM drive) on my model. Any ideas?
