Boot Question

I have a laptop with a reformatted hard drive and I need to reinstall NT from CD. However, the problem is the CD ROM drive and floppy drive use the same connection and must be switched. So, I made a bootable floppy with CD ROM support, copied those files over to the C:\ , and tried to boot from the hard disk. Well it gave me an invalid system disk error. Any suggestions?

You actually have to "sys" the c: drive from the floppy. Then the files you copied over should work. Hope your boot disk has that command though.
