Boot problems

I cloned my hard drive a few days ago but I don't think I'm booting from it. The bios shows the hard drive that I want to boot from as the one I want it to boot from but i'm relatively sure I'm not booting from that drive. Using crystal disk info software it shows the drive that I'm trying to boot from as the "A" drive. The C drive is the drive I'm trying to replace with the "A" drive. Any suggestions here kinda lost on what to do. To clone my hard drive I used HDClone 4.1. I saw that the MBR was cloned to the hard drive I'm trying to boot from but am pretty sure it's not the drive that's running the show.

Seems like a good simple way to figure out what drive i'm booting from but if I find out that the wrong drive is booting where do I go from there?
