Boot problem after BIOS change

Aopen s760GXm-US motherboard. Loaded Fail Safe Defaults, saved then restarted PC. Now it boots, but is hanging when it says Verifying DMI Pool Data.................Update Success.

After that...NOTHING. It just stays there with the cursor flashing below it. Now what do I do?

For openers, I would reflash and bring back the former BIOS that should have been saved in the flash process.

First question is why were you resetting to fail safe.

I hope you had previous BIOS parameter settings either written down or committed to memory.
