Question Boot order

I have a HP EX950 M.2 NVMe and a clone of it on a ssd what is the first or correct boot order in the bios.
Should the windows boot manager EFI partition always come before the hard drive in win 10.
I even listed this in the stickies by mistake you can move or delete it.

Always use your fastest option which in your case would be the nvme drive.
Or well you could time both drives and see which one is booting faster since it depends a great deal on the bios as well.
