boot off cd with dfi lanparty nf3 250gb

This is probably a dumb question but i have my cd rom as my first boot place. When have a madrake install cd in though it doesn't load from it at all and instead goes to windows. How can I force it to load off the cd so I can install this?

Hit "F11" until it shows you the selection screen for temporary boot device.

On my NF4 Ultra-D it's Esc. It should say what it is at the bottom of the POST screen.
