I am running Win/ME on my system and would like to install Win NT 4.0 server on it also. Can I use NTFS in this scenario?

Your not going to be able to install NT 4.0 if your primary active partition is Fat32.
It will have to be Fat16 to be able to install NT 4.0
 
I'd stay with fat32 so your WinME partition can see the NT one. Of course NT 4.0 can't use Fat32 so use W2k 🙂🙂. Why you want 4.0 instead of w2k anyways?
