I looked at the video and the guy is a huge inconsiderate asshole for shooting off that level of fireworks in an urban environment. I wish one of those rockets hit him in the head and the resulting hilarity was posted on youtube. You wanna shoot minor level fireworks on a public street, that might be fine. But that level of fireworks needs a big open field and not a crowded city street. If I lived on that street I'd at least call the cops on him and if my property or parked car were damaged we would have some words.
