If there is no floppy drive on the system, borrowing a floppy disk won't help.
The only thing I can think of is to create a bootable CDR or get a copy from someone who has them. I have my Windows Emergency Startup/Boot disks placed on bootable CDRs in order to help clients in your boat . . . they have computers with no floppy drives.
You can also get external floppies that plug into USB or Firewire ports that can be made bootable.
And, if you have a PC, you can install a floppy drive for less than $20.
