Boot.ini issues, rdisk, dual booting XP can't figure out what is wrong...

I am dual booting two copies of XP off two different drives but one copy is not loading properly, it has something to do with the RDISK lines

I've tried incrementing:

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)

To

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)

But it doesn't seem to be working, I set the bios to boot off the first drive (on master), but the "master drive" (in the bios) actually shows up as D:

While the 2nd drive (slave) shows up as C:

Yet rdisk(0) (I believe) is pointing to D: since the boot loader loads and I can boot windows from D:

This is the D: (master in bios) rdisk line: multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)

I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong and what I can do to point the other copy (which shows up as c: ... so what am I doing wrong here?
