Boot.ini Help

I accidently formated one of my hardrives that had the boot.ini file on it. Next, I tried to create a new one but have not had any luck.

My current setup:

2 partitions
1. C:
2. D:

Here's what I've created:

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT="Windows 2000 Professional"

Win2k is installed on D: so what am i doing wrong???
