But can i somehow boot if my bios does not support boot from USB devices?
E.G. Maybe there is some software i can write on floppy disk that will install some program that will actually allow booting from USB drive, i mean i need this not as boot disk, but for example to boot OS from USB or install OS from USB.
That would be possible, but more complicated than having the bios directly support bootable USB.
Find a generic DOS USB driver (Google search)
Boot from the floppy to a DOS prompt.
Run the USB driver for the driver to be present in memory.
Run the Win98 file: smartdrv.exe (Google search).
On the USB drive, (where the i386 folder has already been copied from the WindowsXP install CD) run i386\winnt.exe (not winnt32.exe)
The Windows installer screen should then begin the install process.
Note: if the HD isn't already formatted, you'll need to format before installing Windows.
