Question Boot failure detected

Hello,

Every once in a while when I start my PC, it suddenly get turned off and on again, then this message appears: https://prnt.sc/1rl0nx4

I've sent it to warranty and got it back but the problem is still there and I have no idea why its happening or how to fix it, it also happens while on default bios settings so that's not the case.

My PC specs: https://prnt.sc/1rl0pd0

Bios version is F6 which is the latest version for my mb

Any help would be appreciated!

Does this happen when you turn off your computer and unplug it for a couple minutes?

No. At this point I'm sure it occurs randomly for some reason. Sometimes it boots just fine, sometimes it fails just like that. it also happens when I restart or wake it up from sleep mode.

Weird that it is doing that. I suppose you could run memtest86 for troubleshooting, to check for defective RAM. It might just be the motherboard though.

Have you disabled MCE? Also are you running any overclocks?

No I'm not overclocking. I can't find MCE in bios, how do I disable it?

the rams are fine, they're less than a year old. the ones I have are XPG Spectrix D60G DDR4 16GB

Does anything in the bios get reset when this problem happens?

MCE should be under the "tweaker" heading. Also disable XMP and see if that solves it.

Even when I set bios settings to default ( by clicking the first option that comes up after booting failure ) it happens again. XMP is disabled by default and I still cant find MCE, I just googled it and it seems that my motherboard doesn't support overclocking.

I'm starting to question if my ssd or ram are causing the problem??

Try a min component boot. OS drive, CPU, GPU, 1 stick of memory, KB/mouse. See if it gives errors again. If it does, try the other memory stick. When you sent it in for warranty did they replace or repair anything?
