When swapping out a new motherboard for my computer (new one is a A7N8X Deluxe) I am having a strange Disk error. Before it Boots windows It displays (A disk error has occured) The HD spins up on start up, jumpers are set correctly, IDE cables are set correctly, boot order has been changed several times, HD power cables checked, IDE cables checked, The hard drive worked fine earlier today in a A7V8X-X mobo. I doubt it is physically the Hard Drive. The new MOBO is refurbished. Whats my next step

Are you sure the motherboards are the same revision, etc. You cannot swap hard drives with motherboards, etc.

Put the old m/b back in and see if you still have the same problem. If you don't it's probably the referb m/b.
