Boot disk

I'm looking for a bootable CD of some useful utilities for formatting my hard drive / checking for errors etc. to do fresh installs of OS's... so sorta like a CD version of the Win98 / WinME boot floppy.

I accidentally formatted my WinME startup floppy and since I run XP now I can't create a new one

Can someone help me out??

Also, if you need to make a New WinME startup floppy, there's a tool to do it on the WinME CD.

Who the heck has floppy drives now a days? I have a drive in my main rig but no working floppies (darn aol switching to cd's).
