Boot disk trouble

I'm doing a reformat and need to create a boot disk but when I go to "create disk" it keeps telling me that the files cannot be found on my win 98 SE cd...

Do I need a boot disk? How do I make one manually?

You might have to direct it to the Win98 folder on the CD by using the browse option.

You do not need a boot disk. Just go into the BIOS and set to boot from CD ROM put your win cd in the drive and reboot.
