Boot Disk to access and possible format NTFS

I've been using Win2k for some time now and have a question, is there any boot disk out there that allows you to view and or format a NTFS partition, yes it is a IDE drive.

you can install the recovery console. then when you boot to that you can have command line access to an ntfs partition.
