boot disk for XP

i try to save the file to a disk, but i cant because the file is bigger than 1.44MB the total file size is 4.18-WTF!?

You have to save and execute that app from your HD. It then walks you through setting up the boot disks.

save and execute it? save it in a folder then open it? i need to make a boot disk so i can install XP on another computer than the one i am on now.

Yeah, save it to a folder on your HD and run it. It will ask you which drive is your floppy, etc and make the disks for you. It will prompt you to insert a blank floppy.
