Boot Disc for WIN98 Help

I'm buying a NEW PC, which will have a clean HDD, if i install WIN98 do i need to use a Boot Disc? How do i do it? Are there any sites that will help?

Yes, a boot disk will definitely help.

Make sure it has CDROM support.

Simply boot with the boot disk, and at the A: prompt, use the fdisk command to partition your new hard drive.

After that's done, format the drive.

Finally, use the WIN98 CD to install WIN98 OS.

good luck
